Insurance Industry Projects

Information technology has been a key facilitator in the insurance industry for decades. The objectives of using technology were (as in most cases) to do more things faster and more cost-effectively with fewer resources without sacrificing service levels or quality. As increasingly sophisticated technology becomes more available to all participants in insurance transactions (re-insurer, primary carrier, MGA, broker, customer, etc.) the "better, faster and cheaper" demand becomes more and more a differentiator between those service providers who can meet the challenge and those who cannot. This is precisely where I and my solution partners come in. I view our role here as that of an enabler. We have employed the potent combination of our considerable technical and project management experience along with our Customer's vision and industry subject matter expertise and produced insurance technology solutions over and over that empower our Customers to meet today and tomorrow's challenges

The breadth of insurance-related work projects that I have had key design and project management roles in is illustrated below.  In each case I worked closely with my solution Partner's as well as our Customer's subject matter experts to gather and understand the Customer's specific requirements and then provided them with consultative feedback.  Subsequently we recommended the optimal approach(es) to meeting those requirements and proceeding to build and deploy solutions.
